Volunteer at the Bazaar
In preparation for this year's event, we are looking to fill the following roles:
- 1 person adept at data entry and Excel (2-4 hours/week)
- 3 people to help solicit local businesses for auction items and sponsorships (2-4 hours/week; training provided)
- Set up and clean up
- Kitchen shifts
- Bake sale help (baking donations & in person volunteers)
- Auction & raffle monitors
- And more!

Silent Auction Donations
You can help by donating:
- Valuable Services
- Tickets to sporting events
- Tickets to entertainment events
- Vacation home stays
- New items such as sports memorabilia, electronics, jewelry, small appliances, and accent furniture, etc.
- Gift cards to stores, spas, gas, salons, restaurants, etc.
We are looking for new or lightly used items. Quality items only, please!
Basket Raffle Donations
What's Needed:
Themed items to create baskets for raffling. If needed, we can supply the basket, but we need your help to fill them!
*Items should be quality products which are new or lightly used and in good condition
Theme ideas:
- Toys
- Ethnic
- Technology
- Kitchen
- Sports
- Movies
- Spa day
- Seasonal
- Etc.
Beginning in August 2025, donations can be dropped off at the Parish Office Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

Donations are appreciated by October 27 to give us time to prepare.
