What is the Christmas Bazaar?
Each year, our parish hosts our biggest Christmas-inspired fundraiser of the year! It's a beautiful way that our community comes together to celebrate and support our church.
Proceeds from the Bazaar go towards supporting the church maintenance, improvements, operations, and parish life.
With good food, children's activities, raffles, auctions, baked goods, and more, it will be an memorable experience for your whole family!
Who's invited?
Everyone! Our invitation extends beyond our church borders and into the surrounding community. Invite your friends!

Be a part of the team that makes this pivotal event happen. Our volunteers are incredible and we couldn't do this without you!
Preparation for this event typically begins in January/February. Take a look at the following roles and click "Volunteer":
- Solicitors: engaging local businesses to provide raffle & basket items
- Data Entry: use Google Sheets to track donations
- Project Leads: be the driving force behind Bazaar tables (e.g. bake sale, silent auction, kitchen, money raffle, etc.)
- Welcome Table: be the first friendly face guests see & give them the information they need to make the most of the event
- Kitchen: be a part of event hospitality providing food for guests
- Children's Activities: facilitate a craft and story time for kids
- Vendor Contact: field vendor requests and organize vendor set up
- Silent Auction: set up and monitor silent auction items
- Basket Raffle: assemble, set up, and monitor basket raffle items
- Set Up/Clean Up: the essential crew that sets up & cleans up the event

What Can I Donate?
Gift Basket Items
Our amazing volunteers carefully curate each gift basket for our basket raffle! You can help by donating new or gently used items of good value. Here are some ideas to get you going:
- Full themed gift baskets: Italian, Ravens, date night, kids crafts, Maryland, baking, etc.)
- Items to fill gift baskets (gift cards, perfume, lotion, wine, souvenirs, specialty foods/drinks, etc.)
- Mid to large sized empty baskets

*Please clearly mark items "Basket Raffle" and record your name and donation on the sign up sheet (found in the parish office)

Make Your Famous Chili Recipe
Our Bazaar kitchen crew is looking for chili-cookers! Make your family-famous chili recipe (the one you bring to family reunions) and help provide food for the biggest parish event of the year! They'll be talking about your chili for years to come...
We need:
- 4 LARGE pots of beef chili
- 1 LARGE pot of turkey chili

Do you love to bake? Do your kids rave about your chocolate cake? Does Grandma Susan request your chocolate chip cookies every holiday? We've got a job for you!
We need baked goods donated for our bake sale at the Christmas Bazaar. We're looking for:
- Cakes
- Cookies
- Candy
- Cake pops
- Sweet and savory breads
- and more!
